Good small family house; south facing, detached and with a garage. Only 800m to the beach and 500m to Houlgate with shops and restaurants. This resort was once the favourite holiday destination of the rich staying in the Grand Hotel or owning one of the fine villas built around 1900. Houlgate also has a good golf course. The bungalow enjoys a large enclosed garden with patio furniture, deck chairs and barbecue. The interior is light and bright with open L-shaped lounge, kitchen diner.
